3D rendering studios in Argentina in 2026: a comparison

By Facundo Campo · · 7 min read

In short: Argentina has rendering studios with different profiles: some publish prices per image, others add video, 360 tours or augmented reality, and others quote everything custom. Recorrido 3D stands out for its photorealistic walkthrough guided by a swipe and for pricing per unit type, not per image.

3D rendering studios in Argentina in 2026: a comparison · Recorrido 3D

Argentina has a lot of 3D rendering studios, and they don't all sell the same thing. Some publish prices per image, others add video, 360 tours, or virtual and augmented reality, and others always quote custom. This comparison sums up what each one says on its own website (as checked in October 2026), who it's aimed at and when it fits, so you can choose based on what you need to sell. If you're hiring remotely from abroad, it's also a quick map.

The facts come from each studio's public pages. They can change at any time, so confirm them directly before deciding. This isn't a ranking: each studio handles a different kind of need well.

Render 3R / Estudio 3R

What it offers. According to render3r.com, interior and exterior renders, animation and drone footage, 360 tours, QR experiences, sales showrooms, VR and AR, sales landing pages, print collateral and its own app, I-View. Its sister brand, Estudio 3R, adds real estate photography, construction progress tracking and virtual staging. Based in central Buenos Aires.

Who it's for. Architecture firms, developers and builders, real estate agencies and marketing agencies.

Prices. Render 3R doesn't publish prices; it points you to a quote form or WhatsApp. Estudio 3R's pricing page lists a render "from u$s 90 + VAT," varying between interior and exterior.

A good fit if… you want one provider covering a lot of ground at once: images, photography, drone, graphics and immersive experiences.

DP Renders

What it offers. According to dprenders.com, interior and exterior renders, real estate presentations with furnished floor plans and aerial views, video walkthroughs, 360 renders and a full 360 tour with navigation points and a floor plan map. It also offers courses.

Who it's for. Architects, firms, developers and agencies. It works from Buenos Aires for the whole country, with online consultations.

Prices. Yes, it publishes prices in Argentine pesos: per image, in packs and per full project.

A good fit if… you want to know up front what you'll pay in pesos and need a set of images, with or without video, for a house or a small project.

Estudio Lat

What it offers. According to estudiolatarq.com, interior and exterior renders, 3D video, 360 renders for VR, image packs and architectural design. It has offices in Madrid and Buenos Aires and works remotely.

Who it's for. Individuals planning a house or a remodel, developers and agencies that need images for pre-sales and brochures, architects looking for an outside partner, and retailers.

Prices. Yes, in US dollars: per image and in packs, including a "Building" pack for apartment buildings.

A good fit if… you want clear dollar prices, a fixed pack and a studio that also works for the Spanish market.

Rise Studio

What it offers. According to risestudio.com, photorealistic renders for developments, architecture and interior design, animation and video, 360 tours, interactive and real-time VR experiences, drone photomontages, site signage and material for pre-construction sales. Based in Buenos Aires.

Who it's for. Real estate developments and architecture firms in Buenos Aires and the rest of the country.

Prices. Not published. It says it sends a quote within 24 hours of receiving the files, and its form offers "Urgent (1 to 2 weeks)" and "Standard (2 to 4 weeks)" timelines.

A good fit if… you have a large development and want a quick quote for a package that includes site signage, images and video.

Other studios worth knowing

  • Loop Studio (Córdoba), per loopstudio.co: renders, animation, VR and AR plus media and marketing services, pitched as an extension of the client's marketing team. No published prices.
  • 33ARCHVIZ (Buenos Aires), per 33archviz.com: interior and exterior renders, 3D furniture models and floor plans, 360 tours and short AI-generated loops made from existing renders. No prices listed.
  • Renders.studio, per renders.studio/argentina: renders, 3D modeling, video, 360 tours, VR and virtual home staging, as an online service with freelancers. Publishes price ranges in euros and a typical 15-day turnaround.
  • Render Argentina, per renderargentina.com: 3D modeling, exterior, interior and floor plan renders, 3D video and 360. No published prices.

Recorrido 3D (Facundo Campo)

What it offers. This is my service: photorealistic renders, video, 3D modeling and, above all, interactive 3D walkthroughs built to sell. For a house, the paper floor plan rises into the house, which you explore by scrolling, in morning, afternoon and night light (house demo). For a building, you see it on its real block, tap the floors, see each floor plan with its units and availability, and swipe through the photorealistic interior of each apartment (building demo). Both are unofficial working demos, based on a Viviendas Roca model and on the Maconda XXIV building marketed by Otamendi Propiedades.

Who it's for. Builders, developers, agencies and catalog home companies that need to sell what doesn't exist yet.

Prices. Not published. I quote per project and per unit type: one walkthrough per floor plan covers every floor where it repeats, so a 40-unit building with 3 floor plans needs 3 walkthroughs, not 40.

A good fit if… the goal is a pre-sale and you want buyers to walk through the unit on their phone, from a WhatsApp link, without installing anything. You deal directly with the person doing the work.

What to look at when choosing a studio

Before comparing prices, decide what you'll use the material for. A house for a private client doesn't need the same thing as a 12-story pre-construction building. These points matter most (more in how to choose a rendering studio):

  1. What the end buyer gets. Separate images, a video they watch passively, a 360 they have to drag around, or a walkthrough that moves with a swipe? Each format answers a different question.
  2. How it's priced. Per image, per pack, per 360 point or per unit type. In a building, the pricing model changes the total far more than the unit price.
  3. Where it'll be seen. If it travels over WhatsApp and listing sites, it has to work well on a phone and open from a link.
  4. Whether it shows availability. For a pre-sale, seeing which units are left keeps sales organized (see interactive unit selector).

Why Recorrido 3D when the goal is a pre-sale

Every studio here produces images that help sell projects, and often that's enough. The difference shows up when the goal is selling units before they're built. Buyers ask what a single image can't answer: how the living room connects to the bedroom, what you see from the balcony, what's still available. A swipe-guided walkthrough answers that on a phone, and the link gets forwarded to family or to an investor in another city (selling to out-of-town investors).

To be fair: other platforms have unit selectors too (see virtual showrooms for pre-construction), and Recorrido 3D has no CRM or financing calculator. What it adds is the combination of building, availability and a walkable interior. More in why Recorrido 3D.

If you have a project in pre-sale, send me the plans and the number of unit types on WhatsApp at +54 9 11 6193-3176 or email facundocampo100@gmail.com. I answer in English or Spanish and I'll tell you what it would take.

Frequently asked questions

Which are the best-known rendering studios in Argentina?

Studios with a public website working in the country include Render 3R, DP Renders, Loop Studio, Estudio Lat, Rise Studio, 33ARCHVIZ, Renders.studio and Render Argentina. Each has a different profile. This comparison is based on what each website said as checked in October 2026.

Which studios publish their prices?

According to their websites in October 2026, DP Renders publishes prices in pesos, Estudio Lat in dollars, Estudio 3R a "from" price in dollars, and Renders.studio ranges in euros. Render 3R, Rise Studio, Loop Studio, 33ARCHVIZ and Render Argentina quote custom. Recorrido 3D also quotes per project, by unit type.

Renders or a 3D walkthrough for a pre-sale?

Renders work for the facade, the site sign and listing sites. For buyers to understand the unit and decide without visiting, a swipe-guided walkthrough answers more questions. The usual approach combines both: images to attract, the walkthrough to close.

Does Recorrido 3D charge per image or per unit?

Neither. It's quoted per project and per unit type. One walkthrough per floor plan covers every floor where it repeats, so a 40-unit building with 3 floor plans needs 3 walkthroughs.
