3D virtual tour companies in Argentina in 2026: who does what
In short: In Argentina, virtual tour providers fall into four groups: 360 tours of existing properties (Matterport, Kuula), rendering studios that add 360 views and VR (Render3R, DP Renders, Rise Studio), virtual showrooms with unit selectors (Urbania 3D, Winbuild, Flowing), and guided interior walkthroughs such as Facundo Campo's Recorrido 3D, quoted per unit type.
Companies that make virtual tours in Argentina fall into four groups: those that scan or shoot 360 photos of a property that already exists (Matterport, Kuula and the photographers who work with those platforms), rendering studios that add 360 views or virtual reality, virtual showrooms with a unit selector for pre-construction sales, and guided interior walkthroughs made from the plans, like Recorrido 3D. Which one fits comes down to one question: does the property exist yet, or is it still a set of plans?
The facts about each company come from its own website, press coverage and its public demos, as checked in October 2026. Features change often, so confirm them with each company before deciding. If you're a developer outside Argentina, the same four groups exist in most markets, so this is also a useful map of the options.
What are people looking for when they search for a "virtual tour"?
The term covers very different things. For an agency selling a resale home, a virtual tour is a 360 tour of the house. For a developer with a pre-construction building, it means showing something that doesn't exist, and scanning won't help there. For the buyer, what matters is understanding the property without going: how the rooms connect, how much light comes in, what you see from the balcony.
So before asking for quotes, be clear about what you're selling, to whom, and at what stage of construction.
Group 1: 360 tours of existing properties
- Matterport: builds a digital twin of an existing space from a camera or phone scan. Visitors jump from point to point and can see a dollhouse view of the space. It's a global reference for resales and rentals. It doesn't work for a pre-construction building, because there's nothing to scan. More in Matterport alternatives.
- Kuula (and similar platforms): software for building 360 tours from panoramic photos or 360 renders. According to its own website, more than half of views happen on phones. Buenos Aires agencies such as Home Being use it for finished properties.
- 360grados.com.ar: on-site 360 capture. According to its website, it doesn't do renders or unit selectors.
- Listing sites: MercadoLibre, a major Latin American marketplace, has a "with virtual tour (360)" filter that has become a reference for resales.
What they do well: speed and cost for something that already exists. The comparison with a guided walkthrough is in 360 tours with Kuula and listing sites vs a 3D walkthrough.
Group 2: rendering studios with 360 and VR
Many Argentine rendering studios add 360 views or virtual reality to their images. According to their websites:
- Render3R / Estudio 3R (Buenos Aires): renders, 360 tours, a 3D showroom, virtual and augmented reality, its own app (I-View), QR codes on site and sales landing pages.
- DP Renders: renders, furnished floor plans, video, 360 and VR, plus a "full 360 tour" with a published price.
- Rise Studio (Buenos Aires): renders, animation, 360, and real-time interactive or VR experiences.
- Renders.studio: renders, video, 360, "interactive 360 tours" and VR.
- Estudio Lat and 33ARCHVIZ: renders, video and 360.
What they do well: image quality and a single provider for all the visual material. Their websites don't list a unit selector with availability. The full list, with what each one publishes, is in rendering studios in Argentina.
Group 3: virtual showrooms with a unit selector
These are platforms built for pre-construction: the building, its floors and each unit's status.
- Urbania 3D (Rosario): a custom platform with 360 tours, flyovers, a unit search with filters, live availability and prices, a financing calculator, CRM, analytics and an AI chatbot. Forbes Argentina reported 58 projects across 5 markets.
- Winbuild: a showroom built from the plans, with units, prices and construction progress, CRM, AI, WhatsApp and Meta integration, and a broker module. In its public demo, each unit has 360° views from fixed points, a 3D floor plan and a 2D floor plan. iProfesional (August 17, 2026) reported a setup cost of US$3,000 to US$5,000 plus a monthly fee of US$200 to US$300.
- Flowing (by LZ Studio): a selector by floor and unit showing available, reserved or sold, with a page per unit including renders, plans and optional 360.
- Masterplan Estudio (Córdoba): a map-based showroom for land subdivisions, with real-time inventory.
What they do well: organizing inventory and, in several cases, putting sales management in the same place. The detailed comparison is in virtual showrooms for pre-construction.
Group 4: guided interior walkthroughs, from the plans
Recorrido 3D, my service, is made from the plans and focuses on what happens inside the unit. The buyer sees the building on its real block, taps a floor, sees which units are left, picks one and moves through it continuously, guided by scrolling or swiping, photorealistic, from the front door to the balcony. There are no points to hunt for and no images to drag around: the walkthrough leads the way. For catalog homes, the floor plan rises into the house, which you can explore in morning, afternoon and night light.
What sets it apart:
- A continuous walkthrough, not 360 views from fixed points or a floor plan seen from above.
- Pricing by unit type: one walkthrough per floor plan covers every floor where it repeats. A 40-unit building with 3 floor plans needs 3 walkthroughs, not 40.
- Everything together: the building on its block, floors with availability and the unit inside, on any phone, from a WhatsApp link.
- Working directly with the person doing the work.
What it doesn't have: CRM, a chatbot or a financing calculator. It also isn't the only option with a unit selector: Urbania 3D, Winbuild and Flowing have one too. You can see it in the Maconda XXIV building demo, an unofficial working demo based on a 12-story building in Quilmes, near Buenos Aires, marketed by Otamendi Propiedades, and in the catalog home demo, based on a Viviendas Roca model.
Which one fits which case?
- A resale or finished property: a 360 tour or Matterport. It's fast and it's what buyers already know from listing sites.
- A pre-construction building that needs sales management (on-screen financing, CRM, brokers): a platform like Urbania 3D or Winbuild.
- Visual material for the whole launch (site sign, social media, listing sites, brochure): a rendering studio.
- A pre-construction building where buyers hesitate because they can't picture the apartment: a guided interior walkthrough. See 3D walkthroughs for condos.
The options aren't mutually exclusive: a walkthrough per unit type can be added as a link to any showroom, website or listing.
If you have a pre-construction project and want to see how one of your floor plans would feel as a walkthrough, send me a message on WhatsApp at +54 9 11 6193-3176 or email facundocampo100@gmail.com. I work remotely from Buenos Aires, answer in English or Spanish, and we can look at it with your plans.
Frequently asked questions
Which companies make 3D virtual tours in Argentina?
There are four groups: 360 tours of existing properties (Matterport, Kuula, 360grados.com.ar), rendering studios with 360 and VR (Render3R, DP Renders, Rise Studio, Renders.studio, Estudio Lat, 33ARCHVIZ), showrooms with unit selectors (Urbania 3D, Winbuild, Flowing) and guided interior walkthroughs from the plans, such as Recorrido 3D.
What kind of virtual tour works for a pre-construction building?
One made from the plans, because there's nothing to scan or photograph. It can be a 360 tour built from renders, a showroom with a unit selector, or a guided interior walkthrough like Recorrido 3D, which is quoted per unit type.
What's the difference between a 360 tour and a guided 3D walkthrough?
In a 360 tour, each room is seen from a fixed point and the visitor jumps from one point to the next. In a guided walkthrough, the buyer moves continuously by scrolling or swiping, as if walking, and doesn't have to figure out where to tap.
How much does a 3D virtual tour cost?
It depends on the type. Some studios publish prices per 360 view, and Winbuild's setup cost plus monthly fee was reported in the press. Recorrido 3D is quoted per project and per unit type, so the cost depends on how many floor plans the building has, not how many units. More in how much a rendering costs.
