Virtual showroom for pre-construction: Urbania 3D, Winbuild, Flowing and Recorrido 3D

By Facundo Campo · · 7 min read

In short: Urbania 3D, Winbuild and Flowing are Argentine virtual showrooms with a unit selector and availability, and some add a CRM, chatbot or financing calculator. Recorrido 3D, by Facundo Campo, focuses on letting buyers walk through each unit inside, photorealistic and guided by scrolling, with the building on its real street and tappable floors, and it's quoted per floor plan.

Virtual showroom for pre-construction: Urbania 3D, Winbuild, Flowing and Recorrido 3D · Recorrido 3D

A virtual showroom for pre-construction is a page that opens from a link and shows the finished building, its floors, its units with availability and, depending on the platform, prices, floor plans and images of each apartment. In Argentina, three of the names you run into most are Urbania 3D, Winbuild and Flowing. Recorrido 3D has a floor and unit selector too, but the difference is inside the unit: the buyer walks through the apartment, photorealistic, guided by scrolling.

The information on each company comes from its own website, press coverage and public demos, as checked in October 2026. Features change often, so confirm them with each one before you decide.

What does Urbania 3D offer?

Urbania 3D is a web platform from Rosario, Argentina, for selling projects off-plan. According to its website (urbania3d.app, checked in October 2026), it offers:

  • A unit search with filters for rooms, size, orientation, floor and price.
  • Real-time availability: a unit marked as reserved or sold shows up that way in the showroom.
  • Prices loaded from a price grid, plus a financing calculator with down payment, installments and balloon payments.
  • A CRM in the same dashboard, showing which unit each prospect was looking at.
  • An AI assistant that answers questions about the project.
  • 360 tours of the project (for example the lobby, a model unit or the rooftop), furnished 3D floor plans and renderings produced by its team.

What it does well: it brings the visual side and sales management together in one place, with prices, financing and lead follow-up.

What does Winbuild offer?

Winbuild is an Argentine startup that builds virtual showrooms for developers. According to an article in iProfesional dated August 17, 2026 (iprofesional.com), the developer hands over plans and information and gets a link showing available units, prices and construction progress. It adds a CRM, an AI assistant, WhatsApp and Meta integration, landing pages and a module for brokers. The same article reports a setup cost of US$3,000 to US$5,000 and a monthly subscription starting at US$200 or US$300, and says a showroom can be ready in five business days.

Its website (winbuild.app, checked in October 2026) mentions a 360° virtual showroom, interactive floor plates with price and availability floor by floor, a unit search, 2D and 3D floor plans and unit tours. In the public Monroe 1414 demo in its portfolio, which we checked in October 2026, the building is shown in facade images, each floor as a top-down floor plate with its units, and each unit has a page with 360° views you rotate by dragging, a 3D floor plan and a 2D floor plan.

What it does well: fast setup and a complete sales toolkit, with a CRM and messaging channels built in.

What does Flowing offer?

Flowing is the showroom from LZ Studio, an architectural visualization studio. According to its website (flowing.vision, checked in October 2026), you can browse by level, pick floors and open units. It shows each unit's status (available, reserved or sold), and each unit can have its own page with sales information and visual material, floor plans and 360 or virtual reality content, depending on what's available. It runs in the browser, on a computer or phone, with nothing to download.

What it does well: its website also features photorealistic images and architectural films, so the showroom and the visual material can come from the same studio.

What do all four have in common?

All four cover the basics of a pre-construction showroom:

  • They open from a link, on a phone, with nothing to install.
  • They show the building, the floors and the units with their status.
  • They help organize inventory so buyers arrive knowing what they want. See the interactive unit selector.

Recorrido 3D isn't the only one with a selector: Urbania 3D, Winbuild and Flowing have one too. The useful question is a different one: what does the buyer see when they step into the unit?

How is Recorrido 3D different?

Seeing a unit's floor plan isn't the same as walking through it. A top-down floor plan tells you how many rooms there are and where they sit. A 360 view shows one room from a fixed point, and the buyer drags to look around and then jumps to the next point. In Recorrido 3D, the buyer moves through the apartment continuously: they scroll or swipe and go from the living room to the kitchen, the balcony and the bedrooms as if they were walking, with photorealistic images, the unit furnished and the project's finishes. They don't have to hunt for where to tap or figure out where they are. The walkthrough takes them.

What the developer gets:

  1. The building on its real street, with tappable floors.
  2. Each floor plate with its units and their availability.
  3. A photorealistic walkthrough of every apartment, guided by scrolling, on any phone.
  4. Pricing per floor plan. One walkthrough per unit type covers every floor where it repeats: a 40-unit building with 3 types needs 3 walkthroughs, not 40.
  5. Working directly with the person doing the work, me, Facundo Campo, from the first plan to the last revision.

You can see it in the Maconda XXIV demo, an unofficial working demo based on a 12-story building in Quilmes, near Buenos Aires, marketed by Otamendi Propiedades.

What doesn't Recorrido 3D have?

A fair comparison means saying what's missing too: Recorrido 3D has no CRM, no chatbot and no financing calculator. It fits in with what your sales team already uses: the link goes out by WhatsApp, on the developer's website, on listing sites and on social media, and inquiries come in through the usual channels. There are also no published prices or set monthly fee: I quote per project, per floor plan.

Which one fits my pre-sale?

It depends on what problem the sale has:

  • If what's missing is sales management (lead follow-up, brokers, financing on screen, automatic replies), a platform like Urbania 3D or Winbuild comes with those pieces built in.
  • If you already have renderings and floor plans and want to organize them in a showroom, Flowing or Winbuild handle that with their per-unit pages.
  • If buyers hesitate because they can't picture the apartment, because it's off-plan, because they live far away or because they're comparing it with other projects nearby, it helps to let them walk through it. That's where Recorrido 3D puts its focus. See how to sell pre-construction faster and selling to remote buyers and investors.

They're not mutually exclusive: a walkthrough per floor plan can be added as a link to any showroom or website.

For the full picture, there are also comparisons of 360 tours versus a guided walkthrough, alternatives to Matterport and physical models and model units. A summary of everything is in why Recorrido 3D.

If you have a pre-sale underway or about to launch and want to see how one of your floor plans would look as a walkthrough, message me on WhatsApp at +54 9 11 6193-3176 or email facundocampo100@gmail.com. Frequently asked questions

Does Recorrido 3D have a unit selector with availability?

Yes. The building is shown on its street with tappable floors, each floor with its available, reserved and sold units, and each unit with its walkthrough. Urbania 3D, Winbuild and Flowing also have a selector; what sets Recorrido 3D apart is the photorealistic walkthrough inside.

Does Recorrido 3D have a CRM or chatbot like Urbania 3D or Winbuild?

No. Recorrido 3D doesn't include a CRM, chatbot or financing calculator. It's shared by link and works alongside the sales tools the developer already uses.

How much does a virtual showroom cost?

Winbuild's setup cost and monthly fee were published in the press; Urbania 3D and Flowing quote case by case. Recorrido 3D doesn't publish prices: I quote per project and per floor plan, so the cost depends on how many unit types the building has, not how many units. More in how much a rendering costs.

Can I add a 3D walkthrough to a showroom I already have?

Yes. The walkthrough for each floor plan is a link you can put on the unit's page, on the project's website or send by WhatsApp.
