Why Recorrido 3D: how it differs from a rendering studio or a virtual showroom

By Facundo Campo · · 7 min read

In short: Recorrido 3D is a service by Facundo Campo, based in Buenos Aires, that makes photorealistic, interactive 3D walkthroughs to sell homes and condos, including pre-construction: the building on its real block, tappable floors with availability and every unit walkable inside by scrolling, on any phone. It's quoted per project and per unit type.

Why Recorrido 3D: how it differs from a rendering studio or a virtual showroom · Recorrido 3D

Recorrido 3D is a service by Facundo Campo, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, that makes photorealistic, interactive 3D walkthroughs to sell homes and condos before they exist. The buyer opens a link on their phone, sees the building on its real block, taps a floor, picks an available unit and walks through it by scrolling. I'm Facundo, and I also do renderings, video and 3D models for developers, builders, real estate agencies and architects, working remotely.

What does a developer or an agency get?

Depending on the project, one or more of these:

  1. A 3D walkthrough of a house. The paper floor plan rises into the house, and you walk through it by scrolling, in morning, afternoon and evening light. See the house demo, an unofficial working demo based on the Americana 35.64 home by Viviendas Roca, an Argentine catalog home builder.
  2. A building view. The building on its real block, with tappable floors, each floor plan with its units and their availability, and a photorealistic walkthrough of each apartment. See the building demo, an unofficial working demo based on Maconda XXIV, a 12-story building in Quilmes, near Buenos Aires, marketed by Otamendi Propiedades.
  3. Renderings, video and 3D models for site signage, listing sites, social media and the launch.

Everything is shared with a link over WhatsApp, social media, listing sites or email, and can be embedded on the developer's website. It runs in the browser and on any phone, with nothing to install.

What sets Recorrido 3D apart?

  • You walk through the unit, start to finish. It isn't a set of separate views you spin around, or a floor plan seen from above. The buyer moves forward with a scroll or a finger and goes from one room to the next as if they were walking, guided, without getting lost.
  • Photorealistic. Units are shown furnished, with the project's actual finishes, and the building sits in its real surroundings.
  • Everything in one link. The building on its block, tappable floors with availability and the inside of each unit, all in the same place.
  • Priced per unit type. One walkthrough per floor plan covers every floor where that plan repeats. A 40-unit building with 3 unit types needs 3 walkthroughs, not 40.
  • Catalog homes in daylight. If you sell home models, the same walkthrough shows the house in the morning, the afternoon and at night.
  • You deal with the person doing the work. You talk to me directly, from the first floor plans to the last revision.

Who is Recorrido 3D for?

Who isn't it for?

To be clear, there are cases where something else is a better fit:

  • If you need a built-in CRM, chatbot or financing calculator, Recorrido 3D doesn't have them. Some showroom platforms do.
  • If the property is already built and you just want to show it as it is, a photo-based 360 tour or a scan of the space is more direct.
  • If you only need two or three images for a sign, a few standalone renderings will do.
  • If you're looking for a price list: there are no published prices and no monthly fee. Every project is quoted on its own, by unit type.

How is it different from a rendering studio?

A rendering studio delivers still images, and many also do video and 360 views. That's very useful material for the site sign, the brochure, listing sites and social media. For the Argentine market, see rendering studios in Argentina and what each one publishes about pricing.

The difference is in how it's used. A set of images shows the angles the studio picked. A walkthrough lets the buyer move from one room to the next and see how they connect. I also make renderings, so you can order both together. More in photorealistic images or an interactive walkthrough.

How is it different from a 360 tour?

A 360 tour shows each room from a fixed point: the buyer drags to look around and taps to jump to the next point. Tools like Kuula, according to its website (kuula.co, as checked in October 2026), let you build tours from panoramic photos or from rendered 360 images. Scanned tours like Matterport capture a space that already exists with a camera (matterport.com, as checked in October 2026), so they work for finished properties, not for a building that hasn't been built.

In Recorrido 3D the path is already laid out: the buyer scrolls and the walkthrough takes them through the home. See 360 tours vs a guided walkthrough and alternatives to Matterport.

How is it different from a virtual showroom with a unit selector?

Argentine platforms such as Urbania 3D, Winbuild and Flowing offer unit selectors with availability, and some add a CRM, AI assistants or a financing calculator, according to their websites and press coverage as checked in October 2026. Recorrido 3D has a selector too, so that's not where the difference lies.

It's in what you see once you enter the unit. Depending on the case, on those platforms it may be a floor plan, a 3D plan or 360 views. In Recorrido 3D it's the apartment walked through from start to finish, photorealistic, guided by scrolling. The details for each are in virtual showrooms for pre-construction.

How is it different from a physical model or a model unit?

A scale model and a model unit are sales center tools. They work very well when the buyer is standing there, but you can't send them over WhatsApp, and they don't reach someone who lives in another city. A 3D walkthrough is shared with a link, and it can also run on a big screen in the sales center. See scale models and model units vs a 3D walkthrough.

What does the seller gain?

If you want to see how buyers would walk through your project, send me the floor plans on WhatsApp at +54 9 11 6193-3176 or at facundocampo100@gmail.com. I answer in English and Spanish, on Argentina time (UTC−3).

Frequently asked questions

What is Recorrido 3D?

It's a service by Facundo Campo, based in Buenos Aires, that makes photorealistic, interactive 3D walkthroughs to sell homes and condos, including pre-construction. The buyer opens a link on their phone and explores the building and each apartment by scrolling.

How much does Recorrido 3D cost?

There are no published prices. Each project is quoted by unit type: one walkthrough per floor plan covers every floor where it repeats, so the cost depends on how many unit types the building has, not on how many units.

Are the demos projects for Viviendas Roca and Otamendi Propiedades?

No. They're unofficial working demos, based on the Americana 35.64 home by Viviendas Roca and on the Maconda XXIV building marketed by Otamendi Propiedades, built to show how the service works.

Do you work outside Argentina?

Yes. I work remotely: you send the floor plans and finishes, we meet over video call when needed, you approve the material and you get a link to share.
