Rendering prices in Argentina 2026: what each studio publishes

By Facundo Campo · · 7 min read

In short: As checked in October 2026, Argentine studios that publish prices charge roughly ARS 65,000 to 85,000 or USD 90 to 100 per still image, with packs and 360 tours on top. For a building, it pays to have the material quoted per unit type instead of per unit, which is how Recorrido 3D works.

Rendering prices in Argentina 2026: what each studio publishes · Recorrido 3D

As checked in October 2026, an architectural rendering in Argentina costs between ARS 65,000 and 85,000 (Argentine pesos) per image at DP Renders, or from USD 90 at Estudio Lat and Estudio 3R. 360 tours, videos and packs are priced separately. Below is what each studio publishes, what it includes, and why, for a building, the pricing model matters more than the price per image.

If you're outside Argentina, a quick note on context: local studios quote in pesos, in US dollars and sometimes in euros, and many prices are listed before VAT (called IVA locally). All figures below come from each studio's own website as checked in October 2026. The studios themselves describe them as guide prices: they can change at any time, and the final number depends on the plans and how complex the project is. Confirm with each studio before budgeting.

DP Renders (Argentine pesos)

Source: dprenders.com/precios-render, as checked in October 2026.

  • Interior or exterior rendering: ARS 65,000 to 85,000 per image, with two rounds of revisions and a stated turnaround of 48 to 72 business hours, to be confirmed.
  • 5-rendering promo: ARS 325,000 per pack (three exteriors and two interiors).
  • Full project: ARS 650,000, up to ten renderings, no video.
  • Full project with video (VIP plan): ARS 780,000, ten renderings and a 1:30-minute walkthrough video.
  • Extra video: 60% on top of the base rendering quote.
  • 360 / VR rendering: ARS 140,000 (one still plus a 360 panorama of the same area, with a shareable link).
  • Full 360 tour: ARS 1,300,000, a tour with several points, a floor plan map, aerial views and its own branded link.

The upside of this setup is predictability: you know what you'll pay in pesos before you send the plans.

Estudio Lat (US dollars)

Source: estudiolatarq.com/precios, as checked in October 2026.

  • Exterior rendering: USD 100.
  • Interior rendering: USD 90.
  • 360 rendering: USD 175 per view.
  • 3D video: 60% of the cost of the renderings (or 30% for 30 seconds), with the option to pay in pesos at the day's exchange rate.
  • Standard pack: USD 630, 3 renderings.
  • Premium pack: USD 785, 5 renderings.
  • Building pack: USD 1,665, 10 renderings, a 90-second animation and 5 images in 360.

The studio notes that prices are approximate and confirmed after reviewing the plans. One plus: the Building pack is already designed with multi-unit projects in mind.

Estudio 3R (US dollars)

Source: en.estudio3r.com/precios, as checked in October 2026.

  • Rendering: "from USD 90 + VAT", noting that it varies between interior and exterior.

Its website doesn't break prices down by type of rendering or list what's included. The same page lists, in pesos, its real estate photography, drone and floor plan services. Its sister brand, Render 3R, doesn't publish prices and quotes on request.

Renders.studio (euros)

Source: renders.studio/argentina, as checked in October 2026.

  • Interior rendering: 70 to 170 €.
  • Exterior rendering: 90 to 220 €.
  • 3D modeling: 80 to 270 €.
  • Floor plan rendering: 90 to 240 €.
  • 360 virtual tour: 120 to 520 €.

The page doesn't say whether each range is per image or per project, and it says the price depends on complexity, detail and deadline. The usual turnaround it gives is 15 days. It's an online service covering the whole country.

JVA Renders (euros)

Source: jvarenders.com/cuanto-cuesta-un-render, as checked in October 2026. It has offices in Madrid, New York and City Bell (Buenos Aires province).

  • Exterior rendering: 300 to 1,500 €, in 3 to 10 days.
  • Interior rendering: 250 to 1,200 €, in 3 to 10 days.
  • 3D floor plan: 200 to 1,200 €.
  • Aerial view: 800 to 3,000 €, in 5 to 15 days.
  • Architectural animation: 2,000 to 20,000 € per minute, in 2 to 8 weeks.

The studio presents these as guide ranges, not a fixed rate. They're a useful reference for what the international market pays.

Who doesn't publish prices

According to their websites, as checked in October 2026, Render 3R, Rise Studio, Loop Studio, 33ARCHVIZ and Render Argentina quote each project individually. Rise Studio, for example, says it sends a quote within 24 hours of receiving the files. Not publishing prices says nothing about whether a studio is more or less expensive: a lot of building work is quoted case by case because every project is different. I compare what each one offers in rendering studios in Argentina.

What each price includes, and what it doesn't

Comparing only the headline number is misleading. Before you choose, check:

  1. What goes into each image: how many revision rounds, whether modeling is included, and the turnaround.
  2. Whether 360 or video costs extra: at several studios, video is a percentage on top of the images and 360 is an add-on per view.
  3. What the buyer actually gets: a still image, a video they watch passively, a 360 they have to drag point by point, or a continuous walkthrough (I explain the difference in 360 tour vs 3D walkthrough and in 360 tours, Kuula and guided walkthroughs).
  4. VAT and currency: some figures are before VAT, and others are in dollars or euros.

The factors that drive the price of a rendering are in how much a rendering costs.

The key point for a building: pricing per unit type

For a single house, paying per image makes sense: there are only a few views and the total stays contained. For a building the math changes, because the material buyers need multiplies with every unit you want to show from the inside.

Picture a 40-unit building. If the quote is built unit by unit, it grows with every apartment, even though many share the same floor plan. So beyond each studio's price per image, the real question is whether the material for one floor plan gets reused in every unit where that plan repeats.

In a building, units repeat: 2A is the same as 7A. That's why Recorrido 3D prices by unit type: one walkthrough per floor plan covers every floor where it repeats. A 40-unit building with 3 unit types needs 3 walkthroughs, not 40. And buyers still choose their exact unit: they tap the floor on the building view, see which units are still available and walk through the inside with a swipe (Maconda XXIV building demo, an unofficial working demo based on that project).

I don't publish prices: each project is quoted on its own, based on the number of unit types and what you want to show (facade, surroundings, amenities, video). To see when it's worth adding a walkthrough to your images, read why Recorrido 3D and renderings for off-plan sales.

If you're putting together the budget for a development, send me the floor plans and the number of unit types on WhatsApp at +54 9 11 6193-3176 or at facundocampo100@gmail.com, in English or Spanish, and I'll send you a quote you can compare with what other studios offer.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a rendering cost in Argentina in 2026?

According to the websites checked in October 2026, DP Renders lists ARS 65,000 to 85,000 per image, and Estudio Lat lists USD 90 for an interior and USD 100 for an exterior. Estudio 3R lists "from USD 90 + VAT". These are guide prices and may change.

How much does a 360 tour of a project cost?

DP Renders lists ARS 140,000 for a 360 rendering and ARS 1,300,000 for a full 360 tour. Estudio Lat charges USD 175 per 360 view, and Renders.studio lists 120 to 520 € per tour. All as checked in October 2026.

Why doesn't Recorrido 3D publish prices?

Because it quotes per project and per unit type, not per image. The total depends on how many unit types the building has and what you want to show, so a fixed price per image wouldn't reflect what you get.

Is it better to pay per image or per unit type for a building?

For a house or a small project, paying per image is simple and predictable. In a building with many repeating units, pricing per unit type keeps you from paying several times for identical apartments: with 3 types, 3 walkthroughs cover the whole building.
